On 23 June 2023 , an informational session and awareness briefing regarding the new tax regulations in the United Arab Emirates were conducted by the Iranian Business Council in the UAE. The event took place at the Radisson Blu Creek Hotel, Dubai, and was attended by members and guests of the Business Council.

The distinguished member of the council, Mr. Jafar Minagar, along with his team, delivered comprehensive and insightful information concerning the upcoming tax laws set to be implemented in the year 2024. The purpose of the session was to equip the attending members with a comprehensive understanding of these new tax regulations, enabling them to be well-prepared for their execution. The session included a question-and-answer panel, during which esteemed members posed inquiries and shared their viewpoints on the matter.

The session concluded with the introduction of new members by the council's chairman, marking the end of the event.

The Iranian Business Council in the UAE, as the sole Iranian organization in the Emirates, is a non-profit and non-governmental entity established in 1992 with the permission of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce. Its primary objective is to enhance awareness and collaboration among Iranian traders residing in the UAE.
